This Privacy Policy describes how 2M Media, the owner and operator of the Rising Star website, collects, uses, and discloses information about website users, and for what purposes.

1. Who runs this site, and how to reach us

2M Media is the sole owner and operator of the Rising Star website and the competition-management service it presents. For any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, please contact us using the address, phone number, or email listed on our main site.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us: when you complete a contact form, a competition registration form, or a consultation request, we collect details such as:

Information collected automatically: while you use the site, we may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and operating-system language, as well as anonymous usage statistics through cookies from third-party services such as Google Analytics.

3. Consent, and registering a minor

Using the site — and in particular submitting a registration form — constitutes your consent to the collection and processing of your information under this policy. If you register another person, and in particular a minor under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or an educational staff member acting on their behalf, and that you have obtained the express consent of the parent or guardian to share the minor's personal information for the purpose of registering and managing the competition.

4. How we use your information

5. Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:

6. Data security

The site is secured using HTTPS (SSL), and access to our databases is restricted and protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. That said, no system is completely secure, and we cannot fully guarantee that information will be immune to unauthorized access.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. As a rule, identifying information (other than the name, email, and phone number of the contact person who registered) is deleted from our active databases within one year of the relevant competition's conclusion, unless otherwise agreed with the competition organizer.

8. Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you — or the parent/guardian of a registered minor — are entitled to review the information we hold about you, and to request its correction or deletion, subject to legal limitations. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing (by email or registered mail) using the contact details in Section 1; we will process your request after verifying your identity.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

8. Changes to these terms

2M Media may amend these terms from time to time, without prior notice. The updated version will take effect, and will be binding, from the moment it is published on the site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site or the service lies with the competent courts of the Central District.

We welcome questions, feedback, or suggestions for improving the site's accessibility. Please contact our accessibility coordinator, Michael Mokrushov, by phone at +972 54-779-8676 or by email at 2mmedia.il@gmail.com.
